Beautiful but really big
Dutch ovens are great for all kinds of stew and roasting meat in whole. The Tasman does a great job at that - so far, I have only used it on the stove, but there can be no doubt about its efficacy in the oven. I chose the color red and I love it.
However, I have to admit, that I clearly underestimated the dimensions. 24 to 25 cm diameter would have been enough for my purposes.
Another caveat, I was used to just leaving the stew in the pot and on the stove overnight. With the Tasman, that is not recommended. The connection between lid and pot is naked cast iron, which certainly makes sense for cooking, but the humidity of the stew makes it rust.
