How long does shipping take?

Our warehouses are instructed to initiate the order within 1 business day. Shipping time depends per region and per country. If you have any questions related to your shipment that you can't find in your order, please contact us on [email protected]

Where do your products come from?

Our products are shipped from our Dutch and Canadian warehouse depending on your location.

What are the shipping options?

At this moment we offer one shipping solution from one destinate warehouse

When will my tracking be sent?

Tracking usually follows between 1-3 business days after the order has been initiated. If you did not receive it, please contact us at [email protected]

Sustainability

In what way are your products sustainable?

All of our products are shipped within a recycled cardboard box. All products are packed in a way that no extra packaging is needed to prevent extra shipping boxes.

How do you make sure that your shipping method is eco-friendly?

We do everything in our power to make shipping as eco-friendly as possible. By saving on extra packaging and using the original container as shipping box we try minimalize waste. We don't ship air.
